After launching the business enterprise, I didn’t start to see a huge customer base for the first three years. I acquired only 10 customers at a time. Realizing that connecting with the client, building that romantic relationship, and being there for them every step of just how was the most important thing and that became my foundation.

One of the biggest first goes I made was finding a printer, stepping out from behind the press, and concentrating on sales. It had been really hard for me to hand over that control and hope that the product quality and output was the best maybe it’s.
